Everything we agree on before you arrive — so the only surprises are the good kind.
Treat the camp like a friend's home — that's how it's built.
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Music outside should be conversation-volume.
Tidy up after a fire and never leave one unattended.
No off-road driving on camp paths or in the meadow.
Check-in is from 15:00 for all three cottages.
Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out can be requested at booking and depends on the next guest.
Self-service late arrival is fine — we send a code if you'll arrive after 22:00.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
Cancellations between 14 and 2 days before check-in: 50% charged.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: non-refundable.
In genuine emergencies (illness, family loss), please contact us — we will work something out.
A 30% deposit is taken at booking through secure online payment to confirm your dates.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival — cash (GEL), card, or bank transfer.
If we cannot accommodate your dates, the deposit is refunded in full.
All online payments are processed by Bank of Georgia under the standard Georgian e-commerce regulations.
Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00. Music inside or by the fire is fine; please keep it conversational rather than amplified.
No smoking inside any structure. Outdoor smoking areas are marked. Please use ashtrays — wildfire risk in summer is real.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all three cottages.
Please tell us at booking. Cleaning fee: 30 GEL per stay.
Pets must be on a leash in shared areas and never left alone in the cottage.
Children are welcome in all three cottages — Panorama Cottage is the most spacious for families.
Children under 4 stay free. Ages 4–12 are charged 50% of the per-person rate.
Adults are responsible for supervision near the terrace edges, the campfire, and on the trails.
Private events (workshops, retreats, dinners, weddings) are arranged by inquiry.
Day events are possible without a buyout up to 30 guests; larger events require a full or partial camp rental.
Music must end by 23:00 unless we have a special agreement with the local council.
Accidents happen — please tell us when they do. Honest reporting will never cost you more than a quiet repair.
Significant damage caused by negligence or by violating the rules may be charged to the card on file at our discretion.
We collect: name, email, phone, address (for invoices), payment reference (not card details), and your booking history.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond our payment processor and email service.
You can request deletion of your data at any time — write to us at the contact email.
